10 Ways Satan Quietly Derails Christians Before They Ever Fall • The Todd Coconato Show
Website: www.PastorTodd.org
To give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give
Most believers don’t wake up one morning and suddenly decide to walk away from God. Pastors don’t fall into immorality overnight, marriages don’t collapse in a weekend, and churches don’t drift in a single day.
Spiritual collapse is almost always a slow, subtle process.
We are pulling back the curtain on the enemy's master strategy. Satan’s greatest weapon isn’t always blatant temptation—more often, it is quiet distraction, discouragement, spiritual complacency, and gradual drift. If he can get you off course by just one degree today, he knows you will end up miles away from where God intended you to be.
Here we expose the 10 subtle traps the enemy uses to quietly derail your faith before a visible fall ever happens, and learn the practical biblical habits you need to stay alert, stay connected, and guard your heart.
We cover:The Slow Drift Before the Fall1. Replacing Passion with Spiritual Routine2. Normalizing Small Compromises ("The Little Foxes")3. Distracting You with Good Things (The Martha Syndrome)4. Using Offense to Poison Your Heart5. The Danger of Spiritual Isolation
The Hidden Traps of Spiritual Collapse6. Using Fear to Silence Your Faith7. Feeding Pride Disguised as Strength8. Exhaustion and the Loss of Discernment9. Slowly Desensitizing Your Conscience10. Shifting Your Eyes Off Jesus
How to Stay Spiritually Healthy & Finish Your Race Well
If you feel like you've been drifting, let today be your fresh start. The Holy Spirit doesn't convict us to condemn us; He convicts us to restore us.

Song of Solomon 2:15 – “Catch us the foxes, the little foxes that spoil the vines, for our vines have tender grapes.” (Referenced as "the little foxes that spoil the vines")

Why So Many Christians Are Striving Instead of Abiding?
Website: www.PastorTodd.org

Are you constantly busy, constantly working, constantly trying harder, yet still feeling spiritually exhausted?
In today’s episode of The Todd Coconato Show, we tackle a struggle that many believers face but few talk about: striving.
There is a difference between working diligently and living under the weight of performance, pressure, and self-effort. God never called us to carry burdens that only He can carry. Jesus didn’t say, “Strive harder.” He said, “Abide in Me.”
We’ll discuss why so many Christians find themselves burned out, discouraged, and frustrated, even while serving God faithfully. More importantly, we’ll uncover the biblical key to walking in peace, fruitfulness, and true rest in Christ.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, this message is for you.
“Abide in Me, and I in you.” (John 15:4 NKJV)
Join us as we discover the freedom that comes when we stop striving and start abiding.

THIS IS A SEASON TO TRUST GOD • Sunday Service
To give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give
Website: www.PastorTodd.org
The Freedom Found in Surrender
One of the greatest battles every believer faces is the battle for trust. We want answers. We want timelines. We want clarity. We want to know how everything is going to work out. Yet God often calls us to walk by faith before He reveals the full picture.
I believe we are in a season where the Lord is teaching His people to trust Him at a deeper level than ever before. Not trust in circumstances. Not trust in governments. Not trust in our own understanding. But trust in Him.
The beautiful reality is that trust produces freedom. When you truly trust God, you stop carrying burdens you were never designed to carry.
Point 1: Trust Releases Divine Direction
Proverbs 3:5-6 (NKJV)
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.”
Point 2: Trust Removes Anxiety
Philippians 4:6-7 (NKJV)
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Point 3: Trust Allows God to Carry the Weight
Psalm 55:22 (NKJV)
“Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.”
Point 4: Trust Produces Stability
Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV)
“You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.”
Point 5: Trust Unlocks God’s Strength
Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV)
“But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles.”
Point 6: Trust Frees Us from Fear
Psalm 56:3-4 (NKJV)
“Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You. In God I will praise His word, In God I have put my trust; I will not fear.”
Point 7: Trust Opens the Door to God’s Provision
Matthew 6:31-33 (NKJV)
“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’… But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
Point 8: Trust Is Developed Through Trials
Romans 5:3-5 (NKJV)
“And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope.”
Point 9: Trust Brings Rest
Hebrews 4:9-10 (NKJV)
“There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.”
Point 10: Trust Leads to Freedom
John 8:31-32 (NKJV)
“If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Closing
I believe one of the greatest invitations God is extending to His people right now is simple:
Trust Me. Trust Me with your future. Trust Me with your family. Trust Me with your finances.
Trust Me with your ministry. Trust Me with the unanswered questions. Trust Me with the things you cannot fix.
The enemy wants you burdened, worried, anxious, and exhausted. But Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
There is incredible freedom available right now.
Freedom from fear. Freedom from striving. Freedom from anxiety. Freedom from needing to control everything.
The more you trust God, the more freedom you will experience.
And perhaps the greatest lesson you’ll ever learn is this:
You don’t have to carry what God has already promised to carry for you.
Trust Him.
He’s faithful. He’s good. And He’s already working on your behalf.
