10 Reasons People Stay Stunted in Their Growth • The Todd Coconato Show
Website: www.PastorTodd.org
To Give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give
10 Reasons People Stay Stunted in Their Growth (and Never Step Into Increase)
1. They Don’t Have Clear Vision
“Where there is no vision, the people perish…” (Proverbs 29:18, KJV)Confusion kills momentum. If you don’t know what you’re called to do, you’ll drift… and drifting never leads to increase.
2. They Lack Daily Discipline
“He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much…” (Luke 16:10, NKJV)Inconsistency keeps people stuck. They wait for motivation instead of building habits… and without discipline, nothing multiplies.
3. Their Mind Is Full of Noise
“As a man thinks in his heart, so is he…” (Proverbs 23:7, NKJV)Too much distraction… too much negativity… too many voices. A cluttered mind produces a stagnant life.
4. They Don’t Solve Real Problems
“Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.” (Philippians 2:4, NKJV)People who stay focused only on themselves rarely grow. Increase follows value… and value comes from helping others.

5. Poor Stewardship of What They Already Have
“Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.” (1 Corinthians 4:2, NKJV)They want more… but mismanage what they already have. God doesn’t multiply chaos… He multiplies stewardship.
6. They Allow Distractions to Control Them
“Lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us…” (Hebrews 12:1, NKJV)Not everything is sin… but a lot of it is weight. Constant distraction drains momentum and delays purpose.
7. They Rely on Effort Instead of Systems
“The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty…” (Proverbs 21:5, NKJV)They work hard… but without structure. No plan, no systems, no follow-through… and therefore no consistent results.
8. Wrong Relationships and Environment
“He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will be destroyed.” (Proverbs 13:20, NKJV)Who you’re around either sharpens you or stunts you. Many people stay stuck because they refuse to change their circle.
9. Overthinking Instead of Taking Action
“Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will be established.” (Proverbs 16:3, NKJV)They wait for perfect clarity… and never move. But clarity comes through action, not hesitation.
10. Pride and Lack of Dependence on God
“But remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth…” (Deuteronomy 8:18, NKJV)They rely on their own strength, their own ideas, their own timing. But true increase comes from staying submitted to God.
Bottom Line
People don’t stay stuck by accident…They stay stuck by patterns.
No visionNo disciplineNo focusNo action
But the moment those shift… everything begins to change.
This is the difference between potential… and fruit.

Heaven Is Opening… And God Will Fund What He Called You To Do • Sunday Service
Website: www.PastorTodd.org
To Give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give
This is a now word… not something distant, not something reserved for another season. The Lord is speaking about alignment, obedience, and divine supply meeting divine assignment. What He has ordained, He is about to fund. What He has started, He is about to complete. So let’s walk through this with clarity and conviction… ten anchors you can stand on in this hour.
1. God Opens the Windows of Heaven in the Now Season
Malachi 3:10 (NKJV)“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.”
2. Kingdom First Unlocks Everything Else
Matthew 6:33 (NKJV)“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
3. God Funds What He Ordains
Philippians 1:6 (NKJV)“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
4. Faithfulness in the Unseen Triggers Promotion
Luke 16:10 (NKJV)“He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.”
5. Do Not Grow Weary… Your Due Season Is Real
Galatians 6:9 (NKJV)“And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”
6. Opposition Confirms You’re on the Right Path
1 Corinthians 16:9 (NKJV)“For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.”
7. Strength Is Being Renewed Right Now
Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV)“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”
8. The Harvest Is Ready… Lift Your Eyes
John 4:35 (NKJV)“Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!”
9. As You Handle God’s Business, He Handles Yours
Psalm 37:5 (NKJV)“Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.”
10. God Will Do Exactly What He Said
Numbers 23:19 (NKJV)“God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?”
This settles everything. God does not change His mind like people do. If He spoke it over your life, your calling, your assignment… it is established. The delay is not denial. The process is not cancellation. What He said, He will perform.
So here is the charge… stand firm. Keep sowing. Keep building. Keep believing. This is not the season to pull back… this is the season where heaven responds. The windows are opening… the resources are coming… the strength is being renewed… and the harvest is ready.
Watch and see… He will do exactly what He said.

Stewardship: Living Faithfully With What Belongs to God • Sunday Service
Website: www.PastorTodd.org
To Give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give
Before we even begin to talk about what stewardship does, we must understand what stewardship is. In the biblical sense, stewardship is the recognition that everything we have belongs to God, and we have been entrusted as caretakers, not owners. A steward manages another’s property according to the will and desires of the owner. From the very beginning, God established this principle. He created the world, placed man in it, and gave him responsibility, not ownership. This means our time, our resources, our gifts, our influence, and even our very lives are not ultimately ours, they are entrusted to us for a season to be used for His glory.
Biblical stewardship is not just about money, it is about lordship. It answers the question: Who is really in charge? When we understand stewardship correctly, it shifts our mindset from possession to responsibility, from control to obedience, and from selfish ambition to Kingdom purpose. A good steward lives with accountability, knowing that one day we will give an account to God for how we handled what He placed in our hands. This is not meant to produce fear, but holy awareness and intentional living.
Now let’s walk through what stewardship looks like in action.
1. Stewardship Begins With Recognizing God Owns Everything
Psalm 24:1 (NKJV)“The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein.”
2. Stewardship Is a Sacred Trust
1 Corinthians 4:2 (NKJV)“Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.”
3. Stewardship Includes How We Handle Finances
Luke 16:10 (NKJV)“He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.”
4. Stewardship Involves Our Time
Ephesians 5:15–16 (NKJV)“See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”
5. Stewardship Includes Our Gifts and Calling
1 Peter 4:10 (NKJV)“As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”
6. Stewardship Requires Accountability
Romans 14:12 (NKJV)“So then each of us shall give account of himself to God.”
7. Stewardship Is Proven Through Generosity
Proverbs 11:25 (NKJV)“The generous soul will be made rich, And he who waters will also be watered himself.”
8. Stewardship Leads to Eternal Reward
Matthew 25:21 (NKJV)“His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’”
This is the ultimate goal. Not applause from people, but approval from God. The faithful steward is rewarded, not just in this life, but in eternity. Notice the language: faithful over a few things leads to greater responsibility. God honors stewardship. He promotes those who prove trustworthy.
Stewardship is not a side issue, it is central to the Christian life. It touches everything, how we think, how we live, how we give, and how we serve. When we embrace stewardship, we stop living for ourselves and start living with purpose, intentionality, and Kingdom vision. One day, we all want to hear those words, “Well done.” That begins with how we steward what is already in our hands right now.
