Now is the Time for Davids to Rise Up • Friday Service
Website: www.PastorTodd.org

The times we are living in call for a new generation of believers to rise up with the heart, courage, and faith of King David. David was a man after God’s own heart, chosen to lead Israel during a time of great uncertainty. As we look around today, the challenges are vast—spiritual warfare, cultural shifts, and the shaking of foundations. Yet, just as David stood firm in his calling, we too are called to rise up with his attributes. Here are ten key attributes of King David and why they are essential for us in this season.
David's defining characteristic was his deep, personal relationship with God. He wasn’t perfect, but he continually sought God's presence.
Scripture:"But now your kingdom shall not continue. The Lord has sought for Himself a man after His own heart, and the Lord has commanded him to be commander over His people, because you have not kept what the Lord commanded you." — 1 Samuel 13:14
Scripture:"Then David said to the Philistine, 'You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.'" — 1 Samuel 17:45
Scripture:"He also chose David His servant, and took him from the sheepfolds; from following the ewes that had young He brought him, to shepherd Jacob His people, and Israel His inheritance." — Psalm 78:70-71
Scripture:"I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth." — Psalm 34:1
Scripture:"Therefore David blessed the Lord before all the assembly; and David said: 'Blessed are You, Lord God of Israel, our Father, forever and ever. Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power and the glory, the victory and the majesty; for all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours.'" — 1 Chronicles 29:10-11
Scripture:"Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me." — Psalm 51:10
Scripture:"I was glad when they said to me, 'Let us go into the house of the Lord.'" — Psalm 122:1
Scripture:"Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; wait, I say, on the Lord!" — Psalm 27:14
Scripture:"Hear my cry, O God; attend to my prayer. From the end of the earth I will cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed; lead me to the rock that is higher than I." — Psalm 61:1-2
Scripture:"So David inquired of the Lord, saying, 'Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hand?' And the Lord said to David, 'Go up, for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into your hand.'" — 2 Samuel 5:19
Just as God raised up David in a critical moment in history, He is raising up modern-day Davids now—those with hearts after His own, who are fearless, humble, repentant, and ready for battle. Let us embrace these attributes and rise to the occasion, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord!

Walking in the Joy of the Lord in a Troubled World • Sunday Service
Website: www.PastorTodd.org
To give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give
We live in a world filled with chaos, uncertainty, and fear. News headlines often bring discouragement, and many people are searching for peace and joy in the midst of turmoil. But as believers in Christ, we are called to walk in the joy of the Lord, a joy that transcends our circumstances. This joy is not dependent on what’s happening around us, but on the unchanging character of God and our relationship with Jesus. Today, we will explore ten scriptures from the New King James Version (NKJV) that teach us how to walk in the joy of the Lord, even when everything seems to be falling apart around us.
Nehemiah 8:10
"Then he said to them, 'Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.'"
John 15:11 "These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full."
Romans 15:13 "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
Philippians 4:4 "Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!"
James 1:2-3 "My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience."
1 Peter 1:8 "Whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory."
Psalm 16:11 "You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore."
Galatians 5:22 *"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness."*
Habakkuk 3:17-18 "Though the fig tree may not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines; though the labor of the olive may fail, and the fields yield no food; though the flock may be cut off from the fold, and there be no herd in the stalls—yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation."
Psalm 118:24 "This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it."
As believers, we are called to be set apart in the way we live—and one of the clearest marks of our faith is the joy we carry in Christ. This joy is not dependent on our circumstances or the condition of the world around us. Instead, it flows from our relationship with Jesus, the work of the Holy Spirit, and our trust in the promises of God.
We can walk in true joy and victory in Jesus, even when the world seems crazy. Let us fix our eyes on Him, abide in His presence, and choose joy daily, knowing that He is our strength, our salvation, and our hope.
Today, let’s commit to walking in the joy of the Lord. No matter what the world throws at us, we can choose to rejoice in the God of our salvation. Let us rely on the Holy Spirit to produce His joy in us, and may our lives be a testimony of God’s goodness and peace in a troubled world.

10 Things We Can Learn from Joseph's Preparation • Sunday Service
Website: www.PastorTodd.org
To Give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give
In the story of Joseph, we see a man who faced incredible challenges and yet emerged victorious because of his unwavering faith in God and his preparation for what was to come. As we look at Joseph's life, we can glean valuable lessons that are highly relevant to our current times. Here are ten things we can learn from Joseph's preparation and how we can apply them to our lives today.
1. Be Faithful in Small Things
Genesis 39:4 "So Joseph found favor in his sight, and served him. Then he made him overseer of his house, and all that he had he put under his authority."
2. Maintain Integrity, Even in Adversity
Genesis 39:9 "There is no one greater in this house than I, nor has he kept back anything from me but you, because you are his wife. How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?"
3. Trust God's Timing
Genesis 41:14 "Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him quickly out of the dungeon; and he shaved, changed his clothing, and came to Pharaoh.
4. Use Your Gifts to Serve Others
Genesis 41:16 "So Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, 'It is not in me; God will give Pharaoh an answer of peace.'"
5. Plan for the Future with Wisdom
Genesis 41:34-36 "Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint officers over the land, to collect one-fifth of the produce of the land of Egypt in the seven plentiful years. And let them gather all the food of those good years that are coming, and store up grain under the authority of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities."
6. Forgive and Let Go of Bitterness
Genesis 50:20 "But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive."
7. Recognize God's Sovereignty in Every Situation
Genesis 45:8 "So now it was not you who sent me here, but God; and He has made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt."
8. Stay Humble in Success
Genesis 41:16 "So Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, 'It is not in me; God will give Pharaoh an answer of peace.'"
9. Be a Source of Blessing to Others
Genesis 47:12 "Then Joseph provided his father, his brothers, and all his father’s household with bread, according to the number in their families."
10. Remember God's Faithfulness
Genesis 50:24 "And Joseph said to his brethren, 'I am dying; but God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land to the land of which He swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.'"
